Unless my memory fails me, Bleiente has it incorporated into the mod. The file "messages.txt" in the Game/ Campaigns/ Campaign folder should have the sent message. There should be a version of that file in the mod. WinMerge is a good app to use to make comparisons with. The game engine itself does the clock.
