Well, I didn't mean back-off the TMO, just the Ship Maneuvering Fix. The one mod. Sorry about the misunderstanding.
You'll have to deactivate them all now, and then start over with TMO, patch, RSRDC, patch, and then the rest of your list, but do NOT activate Webster's Ship Maneuvering Fix (TMO_Visuals_for_RSRDC might up the AI also). The RSRDC you have now without TMO, if the game even runs like that, would be very strange indeed. As a little side note, the Webster's Improved Torpedo mods cause issues with the S-Boats in some mods, so if you CTD if you use that, that would be the suspect.
If you're wanting to RSRDC without TMO, there is a separate version of that which runs on top of Stock
