Where do you have SHIII installed? In other words, do you have it "C:\Program Files (x86)\ Ubisoft \Silent Hunter III\" or something else, like "D:\Games \Ubisoft \Silent Hunter III|"?
Where did you get your game? Steam? (It would install into "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam \SteamApps \common \Silent Hunter III|"). DVD-R disk? Download from somewhere else?
Where you purchased the game, and the media matters when modding, as does the path for the install. Read through THEBERBSTER's
