See, that shouldn't be... The Balao shouldn't be active at Pearl until after March 1st, 1943. The boat's UPC file doesn't have it active until February 4th, 1943. You can't do a New Construction with it until February 14th, 1943 at Mare Island. We've changed the dates for Mission availability in the Flotillas file...
