If you downloaded it from here, someone has mentioned that, and that it is actually v1.3. Look at the title screen, as the program loads (Silent Hunter, that is, after you've activated the mod), and if you look in the lower right of the screen, you should see "version 1.3".or "v1.3" - can't remember which...
