Any reason why you are using out of date mods?
NewUIs_TDC_7_1_0 and not 7-4-2 if you do not want to use TDW’s Generic File Patcher. (GFP)
IRAI_0_0_37 and not IRAI_0_0_41
This adaption is a major breakthrough available for steam users of being able to use TDW’s GFP.
