Hello
I've had the game for awhile but I'm new to trying out mods and coming to this website. I saw a let's play by NorseCast and it made me want to try playing the game realistically with a pile of mods. I also started a channel for school/free time purposes and wanted to do some videos of it once I learn how to play it. Regardless, hello again to everyone and looking forward to having a lot of fun. :up:

Thanks a lot all! It's awesome to find a welcoming forum, I'll definitely be checking out those tutorials. I have been running through some of Trevally's tutorials but some of them seem broken, probably an issue with my mod install order. Right now i'm trying to understand and master the 4 bearing method.

Exporting your Mod List to a Subsim Post. There is no need to type your mod list. In “JSGME” Go to “Tasks” Go to “Export activated mod lists to” Click on “Clipboard” Paste to your Post. |

I am surprised to see your installation in the x86 Progam Folder. Is this the default installation for ‘Steam.’ [C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Silent Hunter 5 The Dvd default installation would be. C:\Ubisoft\Silent Hunter 5 It would then also install in the x86 Program Folder and also install a Folder in the Documents Folder for the ‘Campaign Saves.’ Mod list Correct Order Afaik > Essential Mods added in Bold I have included a few extra mods to whet your appetite and add to your game play immersion. Awesome, thanks for the list, I really appreciate it. Yeah the files are in my x86 folder because I have the Steam version of the game. Of course now I know that the patcher fix isn't compatible with the Steam version so I might just order the game from Amazon before doing anything else. IF it makes that much of a difference in regards to the bugs in the game. I thought it was strange that the save games are in the SH5 folder in documents, instead of just getting with thte rest of the games files in my Steam folders.
