Goodbye Tonnage Bar!
 
No more that distracting thing in my game...

This patch for OHIIv2.5 with banned tonnage bar (Alleluia!) is aiming to allow all players , even with stuck tonnage bar issue, to experience OHII in full power, with fully free, open and nonlinear gameplay with multiple area of operations visible almost all the time.
Even though the patch is optimized for the people with infamous tonnage bar bug (which is almost everyone these days) I could recommend it for anyone else who is annoyed by arcade looking tonnage bar, a really strange feature of SH5 IMO.
Should we receive crosses to complete the missions ?
That's not necessary...Small crosses (aka value points ) are only used to unlock missions and to define victory /defeat message between campaigns, and that's all. Now, all missions are date controlled and defeat message can be changed to more appropriate one, so those crosses are not important anymore . What's important is overall tonnage from anywhere in the world, tankers and capital ships...
Note: First Deployment mission is only visible for one day and it doesn't support any additional missions...

IMPORTANT NOTICE!
Make sure to be ON PATROL when deadline date of last mission is reached, preferably somewhere at the open seas without AI units in your vicinity . This is important so be careful if you use mods like "Change Days in Port"... .
You can check campaign ending dates in OHII Campaign dates document or in the main OHII thread.

Tips:
True carrier progress depends on:
- Promotional points for the crew - secondary patrol missions, spy infiltration ect, tonnage...
- Points for new equipment - number of sunk ships/tonnage from anywhere in the world
- New sub offer - Rating points gained by sinking capital ships and tankers anywhere in the world, high tonnage patrols, medals...
- Medals - Overall tonnage, sinking of capital ships , high tonnage patrols...

*One more suggestion though...It's good idea to manually edit defeat message located in SH5/data/menu/menu.txt file
You should find these lines
Code:

7610=X out of Y victory points obtained. You have failed to achieve the strategic goals  established by High Command. The war continues, but Germany will deeply feel this setback  and the enemy grows stronger.
Code:

579=Incomplete
580=Complete
581=Failed

and replace it with something like this...
Code:

7610=X out of Y victory points obtained. The results in this campaign enhance our position in  the war. The enemy is not defeated yet and they will certainly adapt and come back to the  battle with new weapons and tactics.
Code:

579=Pending
580=Completed
581=Finished

These messages suit almost any tonnage scored by captain. It's not really fair for captain to receive "you suck" message only because his missions/value points tonnage are not recorded correctly...However , this step is not necessary...

Changelog:
-Fixed small issue in campaign.cfg files that can prevent few macro objectives to be date activated (space behind "=" mark)

First Deploymend objective is now invisible

I've edited Page navigation map.ini file trough SH Menu Editor...

Yes, I could do that...For now it's included in TWoS 1.03-Patch 4 , to hear some impressions. You can take the file from there to test it if you like ...

This mod is included in his mega mod and in the Mep file?
You mentioned 2 mods, what is the other one?

It would appear that some of the other mods in the mega mod have changed and may not have been updated.

You can copy this list and paste it into your JSGME MEP file and the JSGME will auto load this mod order (as long as you have the mods in your MODS folder)
If you don't have the mods then the mod enabler will tell you what mods are missing . :hmmm:I did so and I do not know what next because I lack two mods as I said?:arrgh!:

The problem is that the mep file mega mods, and the mega mods listed in Post #2 are not the same.
The mods listed in Post #2 are more up to date than those in the older mega mod download that you are referring to.

Can someone point me to the right direction? I have the tonnage bar bug and anything seens to fix it for me :(

The tonnage bar is a Uplay issue that has been around now for over 2 years.
My advice would be to use the TWOS mega mod as this and other mega mods have had this useless tonnage bar removed from the game.
Highly Recommended SH5 > The Wolves Of Steel Mega Mod > Includes > Optional KSDCommander And Working Enigma M4 Machine > Sub Flags > Not Compatible With STEAM

Yeah, i heard of The Wolves of Steel mega mod, but there is some mods in there that I dislike. In this way I have created my own mod list based on the WoS mod, so I would like this mod standalone.
