There was no readme in the download. I put the photos in the images file with the other commander photos but it didn't work. The photos in the commander file are all numbered and commander appears to assign a number for the selected photo. I considered renaming the photos with a number starting with 78 where the regular photos leave off, but I have a feeling that its hardcoded to look for a number between 1-77. Also the new photos have different dimensions than the regular photos. I don't know if that would be a problem.
Three years later and I am replying. The readme is indeed in the .rar file but all it really tells you to do is download and extract the file contents into your SH3 Commander\Images file (Typically C:\Program Files\SH3 Commander\Images).
Not sure about the file numbering issue, but unless SH3 Commander has drastically been changed since I last used it over a decade ago, it shouldn't matter. SH3 Commander just looks for images in that folder, regardless of what they're named. Also, the dimensions shouldn't matter, SH3 Commander will auto-resize as needed. Again, with the caveat that nothing has changed.
