This test mission has 8 stationary Hiryu CV's circled around a stationary Porpoise sub. The distance between sub and targets is about 914 meters or 1000 yards. The sea is calm, time of day 12:00 pm.
The test mission can be used to test game resolution differences, optical changes, stadimeter or telemeter division accuracy, radar or sonar use, or mast height accuracy. It can also be used to test AI effectiveness from the Hiryu target ship or the planes the carrier will spawn.
The "Hiryu Mission Test" is JSGME compatible. Extract the mission test to the "MODS" folder and activate as any other mod. The "Hiryu Mission Test" will be found in the Single Missions or Quick Missions menu page of the game. Set the options for "Realism" as desired before running the mission.
