Readme type IXB split camo
For Silent Hunter III pc
SKIN BY FUBAR
This skin is ready to use with jsgme mod enabler,
this is the best method to use this skin because
this skin uses 2 conning towers one of its own and one
IXC conning tower so if you upgrade to a type IXC it will
use the IXB tower I have made. Which means the the tower on
your upgraded IXC will not match the hull, So by useing a mod
enabler you can just deactivate the skin and everything
will then be ok.
Or if you wish to install manually the Files are already
sorted in the appropriate folders. Just copy them to the
corresponding directories in your SH3 installation.
But remember to back up original files before you Install.
These skins use Sergbuto's reflection fix so thanks goes out to him.
For a refernces for this skin I used pic enclosed
I took a colour sample (Dunkelgrau 51) for the conning tower and upper hull,
I also took another colour sample (Schiffsbodenfarbe III Grau) and used
this colour for lower hull and camo as this was also commonly used for camo
and lower hull areas.
