Update: 4/25/2010: fixed subsystems taking damage, now they are as near to invulnerable as is currently possible.
fixed documentation not showing up in jsgme.

added camera tweaks:
increased magnification to 10x on UZO, binoculars, to 5x and 10x zoom levels with obs. and attack scopes, small tweak on free cam clip radius (changed from 1.4 to 0.4).

JSGME ready

Known bugs
-Some depth keeping problems while turning at high speed(@20m +/-).
-Auto TDC does not update entirely correctly for the increased torpedo speed.
-Sub "Wriggles®" at high speed/TC(moves like a snake) when using way points. Under 25kts this goes away/under 32x TC this goes away

Feature List:

1) All currently playable subs now travel at 50 kts surfaced and submerged with virtually unlimited range
2) All guns now have 32000 ammo for all shell types except SS
3) All torpedoes speeds have been increased by 100kts
4) All torpedoes damage, and explosive range have been increased by a factor of 10,magnetic detonation range increased to 20 m, and storage increased to @250 fore and @100 aft loading speed decreased to @ 3 sec
5) All currently playable subs are now invincible to anything other than land collisions
6) All currently playable subs have increased diving and surfacing speeds
7) All sub guns fire at an increased rate of fire, and have increased ranges

I figured out how to avoid the crash of pc when using the mod. First of all, don't get too carried the way. If you try to sink too many ships in one mission, you might get trouble. It seems the game won't be able to take in, let's say, more than 500,000 tons in one go. Secondly, it is not a good idea to save during the mission. I tried to finish it without any saving, no crash at all. After all, who needs to save? With this mod, you are simply bloody Captain Nemo! your enemy is so primitive. With the batteries overcharged, once I can speed to 70 nm; the deck gun fires just like m42; one torp one ship, whatelse do we want?

I have problems with the sub and when returning to port.

The sub have no texture on surface, even the people are gray,

And when i returning to port, and when i almost there the game hangs

First of all many thanks for this mod! Excellent!

However, game crashes randomly. I thought it was my graphic card driver problem, but after reinstalling the latest one. the game still crashes. Hope you can fix it or something.

When i use this mode i float up into the air and get stuck just above the conning tower and cant do anything. It forces me to restart the whole game. Please try and fix this bug before i go nuts. Thank You

Flappman, you make it in the main sh5 directory, and also thats where you put the jsgme.

This is not a very good mod. Its not a zip code for jsgme. Can you plz make it for a jsgme, as you say it is.

christopher, you need winrar to extract the mod to the /MODS folder in your SH5 directory.

Missing things from the SH4 version but good for now until the game is thoroughly patched. I'm sure my brother would've appreciated it.

I can't find a /MODS folder in my SH5 directory. I got the steam version.
Do I have to make a MODS folder and if so, under which directory?

some idle destroyers took a s*** load of time to sink, some didn't even sink at all! even at point blank range! does invincibility affect other ships as well? I was firing with deck gun BTW.
