Diveplane controls

Is there a mod, or would it be possible to make one, that allows for diveplane controls?

It would be nice if we could set front diveplanes upwards in bad weather on the surface to keep the nose up better.

No to my knowledge. Hardcoded....

going from 2kts to 1-3 or key 2 will make the sub dive at 15 , ? don't forget to have fun ! all be in the light
