When was the international meet of Subsim in Tokyo held?

Hello,
when I read the article of Subsim on Wikipedia,
it said the international meet has been ever held also in Tokyo.
When was it done there?
Just a simple question, kindly advise me.

I haven't read that part about Subsim on wiki

However those gathering I know of are these

England
Holland-participated
USA
Denmark-participated

It was a small meeting, if I recall correctly, held by about 8 of the WPL members. I have a picture somewhere.
