Renown question
Ahoy mates can anyone tell me how your crew[cpo's seamen and officers] gain renown. thanks

They don't (although their value is increased by promotion).
You gain Renown. Your crew gains Experience. |

Renown is rewarded for destroying enemy units and your crews experience, strength and stamina grows with the number of patrols they take part in.
