Where can I download SH3? (read)

I was going to reinstall SH3 to try some of the new mods etc. However I cannot find my disk. I have my box with the key inside of it.

I'm sure I could probably find a torrent somewhere but is there any official way to download it or what?

Like I said, I have the key just need a way to download the base game or patched game.

I knew I should have double checked before I uninstalled but the box was right there.... alas no cd.
