Noob SH3 Help with mods

Hi, iam new would like any advice on what are the best mods for sh3 and do i need a mod manger are some tool like it i am new to the site any help would be much appreaciated Thanx.

welcome aboard, devils pack!

if you are completely new to the series you should consider playing stock-game first until you get used to controls and maps and targetting.
only after you should try any of the super-mods (GWX, NYGM, WAC, LSH - I prefer GWX). the generic mod enabler comes with GWX, and you should add SH3Commander, I strongly advice. SH3Com has a config-file for GWX you have to run before starting your first career/patrol/mission.
