How do I zero out tonnage?

I run Boat Carreers instead of Commander Carreers.

Time is approaching for a new boat.
Can anyone tell me how to zero out all the tonnage recorded for my old boat?

(The only thing that counts in my personal carreer, is how late into the war I survive.
