<career difficulty

Hi all....

I am trying so set the difficulty options i Options/Gameplay to Costum: 65%, but I cant seem to use that difficulty setting in career mode. I have to choose a difficulty setting i career mode, that changes the settings in Options/Gameplay. How can I avoid that?

Once you enter your office, on the rack of books on the left - one of them is options. Adjust it from there.
