Seems all corona-virus infected cells are being recognized by the human immunosystem T-cells (infected cell surfaces look different for the i.-system), so regardless what is inside the hijacked cells are being destroyed before the virus can multiply.

"The pandemic is going to end when we stop having it sort of dominate our lives the way it does right now," said Dr. Jha. "Now pandemics kind of fade away. They don't really end. The virus is going to still be with us. But it will no longer be much more than a nuisance. And obviously it's hard to predict exactly when I suspect for most of us in the United States, 2022, sometime next year, things really will begin to fade into the background, but it's always hard to paint kind of the exact point when a pandemic has come to an end." "In some ways, if you think about it, the 1918 flu pandemic, that's so famous, that virus is still around," said Dr. Jha. "It just doesn't do much harm anymore. Unfortunately people are still making a good living because of Covid with click baits, dramatic headlines and feigned concerns.

I’d bet big money though as the virus wimpers and wanes the authoritarian mandate nazis will be out in force proclaiming to the world how they stopped it.

That is the problem. The middle ground - and reason - is disappearing. We are becoming more and more polarized and divided. Everything is taken to extremes. You're either with us or against us. Whoever "us" is.
