Some of the stuff you see in "Fine Scale Modeler" is almost beyound belief.

Im more impressed with the attention to detailing than the model itself, all those figures

I get the impression are ... at least the aircraft, each one is a full-blown 1/72nd built model.

Great job ending with a great model!

I've been fascinated by this one since Finescale Modeler showcased it back in 1997. I still have that issue.

Ive seen that model on 2 different forums now- great build. Rene spent more than 5 years building it. Great commitment. Most of us by first week would just give up.

That model is just amazing! Building an aircraft carrier to fit his planes is a cool way to go about it. I wish I had the skills to build something like that!
