ps : My problem was that I change some settings on the Nvidia Control Panel when I was on sea.

By starting a new campaign, I still got the CTD... So I got the link with my previous change on the Nvidia Control Center.

That should help some ppl here maybe?

Hm...That's interesting... What changes did you make in NVCP?
Also, which mods did you use?

The mods are The Wolves of Steel 1.05 without the 09 patches. (Now, the 09 patches are applied)

I don't really know what was the changes on the Nvidia's setting panel. Just reset everything.

If you are interesting, I can try to reproduce the problem and check what was the problem?

I had some problems with Nvidia Inspector with the Ambient Occlusion settings. I disabled it and no problems now.

I leave the AA as apliccation managed. It´s very good for me.

Regards.

No any additional mods? Sub flags or some additional interior mods ?

That would be really useful because CTDs when approaching the area with high traffic is quite common in heavily modded SH5 but real cause is still illusive and it can not be connected with the specific mod.

Sub flags isn't already added on The Wolves of Steel 1.05 for Type7C and 7C41 ? I can read that on the .eqp files for each sub (and I don't add them by myself). So that why I didn't install Sub flags mods.

I already knew that touching mode like Sub flags or some additional interior mods could make CTD or sever issues with savegames.

The big deal with the mega mod is that the game is stable. Install hand by hand make no sens for me.

Now, I'm thinking... I have another CTD/save game corrupt problem. The problem was (with still only The Wolves of Steel), after sinking a marchant ship, the savegame become not loadable again.. (Black Screen and game not responding) Probably due to my changes on Nvidia setting panel?

It's a known issue with Wolves of Steel that you are supposed to save and exit whenever you get within like 200km of port.

In my actual installation I don't touch anything in Nvidia Control Panel or Inspector. Only I set the graphics options from the game (all full) and I obtain excellent graphics results. It seems SH5 don't like Nvidia GCs. But I can't tell you if the Nvidia settings are the cause of your savegames problems. I don't have your CTD problems sinking ships and saving games.

Best regards.

I never have any CTDs when entering ports. In fact with TWoS it works better then before when SH5 froze for a few secs, probably to load the scenery. Now that issue is gone, and ports are busy again.

But I'm running SH5 on a new rig maxed out on RAM. I'm sure it helps having a lot of memory.

sobers mega mod is completely stable using Wos campaign . Entered Lorient twice now with no ctds .
I have a R9 270 graphics card with 4 gig of memory .
These big mega mods need a good graphics card imo .
170 saves and counting .
OT , if my windows phone was this stable I would be happy .
