Default Ships 'Blinking' on Navigation Map?

Hey all, I'm having an issue an have searched and cannot find any topics regarding this.

I've started having ships being "spotted" by the crew while I'm submerged and there's no scope up. When I look on the navigation map after they announce it, the ship icon shows up, then slowly fades out until a few seconds later when they "spot" it again. It's becoming quite annoying..

Is this a known issue that's been floating around or have I opened up some disappearing / reappearing temporal flux?

Here's a mod list, some of these are older or edited. TDW's patcher is at the top, but it's verson 1.0.94 and that's what the instructions were to install it.

Thanks.

Don't know exactly what causes your problem, but saw a few red flags on your mod list. The TDW patcher should not be greyed out by another mod. TDW patcher can be installed at the end because of newer versions, major change so I would suggest to read the documentation for the patcher.
FX update and IRAI are very old versions, too.
