Default Questions on broad & narrowband

If any could assist me with these questions I would be most grateful or show me some relevant documents/articles.

(a) What are the distinguishing differences between broadband and narrow band
spectra? Give four illustrative examples (two of each kind of spectrum).

List five factors that will affect the distance at which an underwater sound source
will produce a given sound pressure level and, for each factor you identify, describe why and how it has an influence.

I assume the temperature would be a factor as sound moves up and away in the cold i do believe.

Cheers

You are gonna need a sonar tech to answer that one. I think I'll stay in radio on this one.
