Default save and reload seems to reset everything

Every time I reload back into my save, I get a different weather. My original save was a calm sea. 2nd time I got an extremely rough sea. 3rd time I got rains. Same time same spot on the map. This is a bug, isn't it?

As far as I know, this is a stock game bug that can't be fixed. Usually pretty harmless, though I remember someone getting sunk because he saved game in dense fog and upon loading, weather changed, revealing DD next to him.

LOL, that's hilarious. Alas, Sh5 could've been the greatest SH game in the series. The stock game is plagued with so many inexcusable bugs, which even the great TWOS mod cannot 100% cover their ugliness.
