Default Silent Hunter Res Fix

I downloaded the Silent Hunter Resolution Fix from the link https://www.subsim.com/radioroom/dow...o=file&id=1092.
I followed the instructions, which included executing the batch file and editing the d3d9.cfg file so that a custom resolution was specified.
The game still loads in a 1024x768 window.
I was just wondering what I was doing wrong here.
I may just check out the high resolution GUI mods, but I"d really just like to run the game in a window that's a bit bigger than a 1024x768 window.
I'm running the steam version of SH3 on Windows 10. Thanks!

I have installed that same resolution mod on 2 computers and I would recommend running the batch, editing the .cfg, then running the bath file again. If this doesn’t work make sure you copied all the files in like the .dll or just reinstall the mod.

Which .CFG are you referring to?

d3d9.cfg

I was basically saying I ran the batch file, edited the resolution in the d3d9.cfg file, then ran the batch file again and it worked.
