New visual mod

Gentlemen -
I am back from dead. Mostly because of the release of UBOAT.
I am currently working on a new texture mod but I have hit a snag. Can somebody point me to the location of the following files"
The textures for ship flags (the ones on the masts) and Military Decorations_AlbedoTransparency and Military Decorations_Normal textures.

They are not located in any assets files in the UBOAT_Data.
Am I missing something?
I have correct awards file ready and updated ship flags but no idea how to implement the back into the game. I have no issues modifying all other textures using AssetsBundleExtractor.
