What picture hosting site do people use to post?

I tried to post some screen shots of a task force I totally destroyed in FOTRSU but it limited me to some small resolution and I don't know how to convert it.

Another question guys, is there anyway to have SH4 save photos in .Jpeg instead of .Bmp? Pain in the butt to convert them in Paint.

Nope. However, you could "script" GIMP or use Paint dot Net. With GIMP, you do have to use "Export As..." to get jpg, but Paint dot Net is slick, other than I don't think it can't do scripting internally like the PhotoShops.
