If you can locate this I will add it, did a quick search and could not find a workable link, or any link for that matter.

Also, you may want to look at skwas's excellent S3D Silent 3ditor: it's a great tool for tweaking the game, thread:Here
It's also at the top of the first post in this thread under Utilities.
