Does anyone know if there is a 4 digit breakdown of the Kriegsmarine Mediteranean grid?

I know there is: http://www.navalgrid.com/

but this doesn't provide a wider overview.

This one from Wolfpack

All i do is is then print off a 9 by 9 grid so that gives me my 4 digit grid like the BE Grid and use that as a overlay printed on asatate
