Default Gyro malfunction in ISP 2.8

I just started a new career with ISP 2.8 activated, and I found that my torpedos has lost their mind. Whatever the TDC-calculated gyro angle is, the fired torpedos ALWAYS run into +/-135 deg and finally 'torpedo missed sir', yup, ALWAYS.
So I went to torpedo_us.sim and check out what's going on. It saids MK-14 torpedo should have a 3 percent possibility of gyro problems. Definitely during my game expierence it can't be 3 percent but absolutely 100.
Now I'm wondering what's wrong with it. It seems that the ISP's torpedo setting files are not to blame, but what happen to those torpedos? Or I just have to employ a Psychiatrist into the torpedo room?

Its my personal view that ISP 2.8 doesn't work as intended. Try the version before that which matches the mod you are using.

I replaced the " torpedo_us.sim" in ISP with the one from RFB and it works fine.
