No Gramophone in LSH3

Playing LSH3 for the 1st time & out of the box. there doesn’t appear to be a working gramophone. Doing a ‘43 Campaign from Trondheim. Used up all my Torps before reaching patrol zone (AL) and headed straight for milk cow in the vicinty. Interesting water texture - is it SH5 adapted?

Nice mod, but no gramophone, for my long voyage?

The gramophone IS working !!
Its just that the volume is sub optimal. Is there a way to increase the relative volume playback of the gramophone in mission?
