tell me about it. Bloody 3DS MAx where ever I put the light for the sun the reflection would go anywhere but where I wanted it.

As for the reflections, well that is a flat glass reflective surface I chucked on.

I've done better just need to find them.

Fricking finally found this thread, so hard to get lost in the internetz.

Anywho, just wanted to show my latest space art thingy based on Babylon 5.

My latest space composite thingy with Venus on the background and Earth Alliance Omega class destroyer from Babylon 5 silently passing it. (there's also one little thing I hid into the image for all B5 fans, see if you can find it. )

Nice pics Dowly, wish i had the patience to learn 3dstudio - was using gmax the lite version, lost patience with it and found Maya 8 great but lost patience with that too!

I've read a few tutorials on computer colouring on the net, but I haven't been to any proper art classes, well, not since High school
