Mods for SH3 in 2020?

Just got the game! New to the forums and the subsim community. I've played some U-Boat and generally understand how things work (I think), and would like to know the vital mods for SH3. I also have the other silent hunter games (on sale) and do the games share any of the same mods? Thanks!
