Enigma messages no longer in message log.

Hi everyone, been playing SH5 with the Wolves of Steel mod again and have been busy for quite some time now.

I've encountered a little problem, however, and I have no idea what went wrong. For a few days now, the enigma messages that would tell me to go to a new grid or that my base has changed, no longer show up in the message log.

They're still present in my captain's log, so I'm not exactly missing out on anything, except that sometimes I'm in my current grid on my active mission for longer than the allotted 24 or 48 hours.

Why? Because I'm used to seeing these messages in my message log, but now they no longer show up there. To my knowledge, I haven't tweaked with any of the message settings, so I can't for the life of me figure out what went wrong.

Does anyone here have any input? Thanks!
