Default HDR & Bloom now in IL2

Tho, only works in DirectX mode, meaning you lose the nice water if you want to use this. But, looks nice.

I've now flown 4-5 sorties with the HDR "plug-in" and it surely does look nice! It's a desert campaign and the sand reflects the morning sun nicely. And these are the default settings I use, need to try some of what are mentioned in the thread.

This I'd like to try!

I actually dislike HDR in the way it's used in FPS games, but I have a feeling it may actually be quite appropriate in a flight sim like this...
