Utility for tweaking
There used to be a program that was used for tweaking .sim files. I'm looking to increase active sonar ranges for the escorts 200-300 meters. The default ranges (as I recall) are about half of historical. I won't go to the full ranges as that would mean 12 hours trying to evade but just a little more challenge would be welcome. But I digress--I'm hoping someone knows the name of the tweaker I'm talking about. Thank You!
