*Disabled debug logic that was dragging down campaign game screen frame rates, causing some players to experience difficulties beginning new campaigns.
*Recreated some vignette and overhead view resource textures.
*Corrected issue with battle load dialog background image and player created scenarios.
*Updated German language scenario resources.
*Microview gun range circles are now scaled to zoom level.
*Corrected an issue with German language multiplayer connection
