Default Jutland movie

Jutland movie paid for standard edtion and pro edition this week.
after update i have now demo version.
i maded this movie to lett other people show that i am not kidding at all.

Not good my friend, that first window with the three green arrows should not even appear once you have activated Jutland.
I have not seen that window since I first bought the game.
I do hope you can get this sorted, it would be a shame for you to miss out on such a good game.

Come on BH, kick some arse and get this guys game working.

I've found your problem and drew your a picture. Unfortunately, I can't attach it here, so I've stuck it on my Flickr page. Here's the link:

This screen comes up not quite 1/2way through your movie. As you can see in the movie, it does NOT show your correct ID and password. It's just got the defaults 1234567 and PASSWORD.

You need to click on the white text 1234567 and enter your actual license number. Then click on the white PASSWORD text and enter your actual password.

That's what the 3rd paragraph on the screen is telling you to do. Once you have your correct ID and PW in there, hit the ACCEPT button (the left button). That will either activate the game or tell us what's wrong.

What you're doing is NOT entering your correct ID and PW, and then hitting the CANCEL button. No wonder it's not working for you.

Well, sir, I don't know what to tell you. Nobody else seems to be having your problem, so either there's something peculiar about your system, or perhaps you're making a typo when you enter your ID and PW. I can't tell on the latter, of course, because naturally you don't show those in your movie.

Anyway, as I said, I'm not a tech support guy, but I will make sure they see your movie. In fact, you could make another movie, just for the tech people, that shows you entering your ID and PW, and send it to them attached to a bug report.

We will, of course, get you going. But when it's something like this, where apparently it's something specific to your system, sometimes it takes us longer than usual to figure out the problem, because we can't duplicated it easily on our end. So please have a little more patience.

ok then then il make a movie to the tech support!
its ok by me but annyway it seems that i am the first one hehe!
the computer is pretty normal xp home edtion and al things updated and no virus on it.
it has asus motherboard and 6 gb memory and SLI dual nvidia card.
not a real gamer but more for IT company that i work with.
but ok il make a new movie for the tech support.
