Il-2 1946 with tons of mods (the B17 isn't flyable in the stock game).
It's more than 10 years old so you'll most likely be able to get it cheap.

Patch it up to date with the Team Daidalos patches and then grab the HSFX mod, that's what we're using.

HSFX 7.0 is for patch 4.12.2.
