Trying to make MaGui work

Hello,
Trying to get MaGui to work on top of NYGM. I've tried The MaGui mod (final version) and WAC MaGui for NYGM v2017A in 1360 and1366 versions. I've tried both with fix and no fix. In all cases it works...sort of. The graphics are there but the game still runs in 1024. No widescreen is happening and so things run off the right side. Ideas as to what else I need to do please?

Be sure you are using the full version of the mod initially, then updating for NYGM. Look in the MaGUI mod folder, and see if you have the d3d9.dll and d3d9.ini files in the main folder, such that when you activate the mod, they end up in the root of the game folder. The mod package I have has several sub folders, and you have to pull the actual mod out of the collection.

Delete the save folder SH3
C:\Users\Admin\Documents\SH3
or change the
C:\Users\Admin\Documents\SH3\data\cfg\main.cfg
VIDEO parameter]
Resolution=1360 (1366) x 768
