wolves of steel, tools missing from my mod?

Hi, I have been struggling for a bit and seem to find that a load of tools are missing.

I have a mission to patrol grid AN5544, I have found AN55, but there is no 44, I have looked at a post here :-http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=221104

the 3rd post down shows the map and small grid ref, I have pressed the E key but there is no map option on the list and I cant find any way to get the small grid to come up.

Also another is I cant read any of the in comming messages, the icon on the right hand side flashes when I click on it nothing comes up. on the same post and same 3rd post down the last picture on the post you can see the radio message, but I cant find how to get this to come up. Thanks for any help

Put your mouse over the list of maps/tools that come up when you pressed 'E', scroll the mouse down and you will see them. There is no visible scrollbar, but you can scroll down. This particular item will appear under 'Maps' IIRC.

there is no maps icon in the user chart the only options are :- default,harbour charts,real navigation,shipping,other charts and tables and ship reconision

Putting your mouse cursor over "Ship Recognition" and scrolling down didn't work?

I can´t find my navigation toolbar that should be showing above the depth level and there is not a button to push for showing. Is there a hotkey that I dont know of? Maybe there´s something easy fix that I´m just cant see. (see screenshot)

EDIT: Problem solved with a restart of the game... of course...

I'm having the same darn issue. Even after a restart. For Chr..t sake, shouldn't have to restart. Where is the magic button.???
