TWOS latest mod for SH5.

I recently heard a rumour that the latest TWOS (current) patch for SH5 is now compatible with Ubisoft's Connect / launcher (which is wasn't before, and required some shenanigans to run properly).

Is this correct?

No idea if this holds true for box version of the game, but with Steam version (which also launches through Ubisoft Connect) I can run TWoS fine without any shenanigans whatsoever.
