[TEC] SH4 Awards Recommendation

Just a slight issue that sorta bothers me ... a little.

The Pacific Campaign Medal that is being awarded in the game is not actually a medal of heroism, valor or accomplishment (other than having served in that theater and that is worth noting but it was issued to everyone there, from mess orderlies to admirals). It was basically a 'participation trophy.' If I was to submit a list of five medals for this game it would be as follows:
