Default Epic Waters campaigns

Hello all.

Really enjoying the Epic Mod. Just had a question about the campaign.

I remember back when Cold Waters first came out, it seemed the entire war effort was based around your performance, which I really didn't like. Enjoying a World Map campaign in Epic Mod currently in an Akula and just curious what the negative effects are if I don't complete a mission?

I ask as I was just assigned a task I probably can't complete. I was sent to launch missiles just off the north eastern coast of North America and then fought my way out and am low on torpedoes. Got tasking to go sink a convoy across the Atlantic but needs more fish. So I am assuming I won't complete the mission in time. Does that negatively effect the campaign at all?

Thanks for any info!

No changes to vanilla behaviour, sadly. You're still "one man army" and everything depends on you. Don't be afraid to fail a mission though. It is not that easy to loose a campaign.
