Default Leaving at dockside vs pens

What would need to be modded to leave at dockside again instead of the pens ala the megamods ?

Default Bases

Find the active Campaign_LND.mis file for the MOD in the Data/Campaigns/Campaign folder for that mod. Save a copy as backup. Open a version in the Map Editor and change the location of the Naval Base icon to where you want. Be sure to edit the properties so that the heading is in the direction you want to travel. Test.

Putting the base in a pen can be tricky as I have placed them too close to the walls or in too shallow water and they take damage immediately.
