Did you ever refit and forget?

Did you ever refit in a secondary port, then forget to move your torps to the tubes and fully refit, THEN find a Jap NAVAL convoy, only to realize you not only forgot to fully refit, but you realize you have no torps in your tubes at all? Talk about a Homer Simpson moment or dementia. I need an XO sitting by my computer.

no, but i did that thing just before docking and had to swap out the majority of my weps because i was loaded with one torpedo and the standard load was an inferior weapon. BUT, i was in port so no loss of function just a PITA.
