audio question

Does the radio function handle vbr (variable bit rate) mp3s? I remember there were some mp3s with sh4 that didn't play right, but i'm not sure if thats the case.

I can't even get the gramaphone or radio to work. I know there are Mods to change the Command keys but I use Voice Recog and am hoping a Patch will make more of the 3D elements clickable. I wanna be able to use some of the fantastic Radio Station mods out there.
