Troubles with Foxtrot-class sub and torpedo tubes

I can't access the equipment storage in Foxtrot sub. In another words, when i select crewman and then right-click on the equipment storage, the context menu will not show the "Take Equipment" option, only "Move" and "Damage Assesment" is possible. Does anyone know a fix for this?

Second problem is with the torpedo tubes on the Default sub, but i think it applies to the other subs too. The tube reoloand is not working, despite there is a full load of torpedoes avialable, and when the tube is fired it remains empty throughout the rest of patrol, no matter what i do. Help!

I'm having the same issue with the Foxtrot Equipment not being accessible.
