It only says how many have got the first shot and not how many who has got the second and is thereby 95-96 % immun.

Another problem is the shutdown - we do not really have a "lockdown" in Germany, it is only a kind of business shutdown.
And it seems we are only able to stop the exponential growth with it, but not the general contagion and death numbers.
